"At the conference I met researchers from Mexico, Poland, Italy and talked a lot to Alexander Gelbukh, Head of the Natural Language Laboratory at the Center for Computing Research (CIC) of the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), Mexico. Alexander organizes MICAI last years and recently became the organizer of a new series of conferences on natural language processing called CICLing; by the way, CICLing 2014 will be held in Nepal and deadline for abstracts in December 31, so hurry!"- says Nicolenco.
Note that Alexander Gelbukh is the main organizer of the conference itself MICAI.
