Sociology in action 2014
On April, 12 during the 5th interuniversity conference «Sociology in action», the panel «Media, Internet and Modern ICT» took place (session chairs: Olessia Koltsova and Galina Selivanova).
On April, 12 during the 5th interuniversity conference «Sociology in action», the panel «Media, Internet and Modern ICT» took place (session chairs: Olessia Koltsova and Galina Selivanova). Undergraduate students presented their papers at the session. They concerned the wide range of questions, most of them connected with the development of the modern media (Internet first of all) and their influence on the society. The session collected students from Higher School of Economics, Saint-Petersburg State University, and Institute for Telecommunications, Mechanics & Optics, and North-Western Institute of public administration. The best papers of the session will be published in the conference proceedings.
