LINIS laboratory at the XVII April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development
LINIS research workers took part at the XVII April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development, which was held on April 19-22 in Moscow.
Svetlana Bodrunova presented the report on the Russian bloggers’ attitudes to the re-settlers «Are migranty all the same? Attitudes to the re-settlers from post-Soviet South in the Russian blogs».
Yuri Rykov provided the information on the results of the project to study the characteristics of online communities in his report which was devoted to the influence of the objectives and scope of online communities on the network structure and social capital of participants.
We are happy to congratulate our colleagues Olessia Koltsova and Sergei Koltsov and their co-authors on their having published thetheses of the article «StartupPoint.ru: The Use of Online Social Networks for Startup Development» in the digest of XVII April International Academic Conference on Economic and Social Development.
The authors analyzed the differences of self-presentation in social network between successful (supported by ventures) startup-projects and non-funded startups in the article.
